Job Overview

With a dedicated team of 65 architects and designers, we specialize in various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Workspace, Science & Technology, Civic, and Senior Living. Our Life Science studio has been a fundamental aspect of our practice for over 40 years, collaborating with some of the nation’s premier health systems. We prioritize building enduring relationships with our clients to turn their visions into extraordinary projects while championing the professional growth of our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the programming and design of multiple initiatives within the Science & Technology Studio.
  • Provide thought leadership in our healthcare studio, influencing design and project outcomes.
  • Engage in business development efforts alongside fellow healthcare principals and project managers.
  • Oversee several concurrent healthcare projects, ensuring high standards of excellence and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Licensure: MA Architectural registration is essential; registrations in NH and ME are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong team leadership, communication, vision, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in design and management within the focus area of the studio.
  • Experience in leading programming and design processes, actively participating in all design meetings with clients.
  • Proficient in managing staff and projects, fostering client relationships, and contributing to marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Science & Technology projects, encompassing design and project management.
  • Proven experience in managing healthcare-related projects effectively.
