Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support: Oversee and maintain the foundational infrastructure for our internal CRM, focusing on building and managing our AWS environment using Terraform, enhancing scalability through Kubernetes, and implementing monitoring tools to identify performance issues.
• Collaborative Team Dynamics: Collaborate with a small, dedicated group of experienced engineers who are committed to delivering exceptional results, thriving in a remote work environment that emphasizes teamwork in the design and development of resilient systems.
• High-Security Standards: Manage the complexities associated with sensitive data, consistently prioritizing security, reliability, and accuracy.
• Architectural Engagement: Actively contribute to architectural and hosting strategy discussions, where your insights will significantly influence our technical trajectory.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in cloud-hosted web applications, ideally within a startup context.
• Background in the financial sector, particularly regarding compliance, is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to dissect complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and devise optimal solutions.
• Self-motivated and capable of grasping requirements, posing pertinent questions, and achieving impactful outcomes independently.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, reviewing logs, and utilizing diagnostic tools to deeply understand issues across various technologies, from networking to database architecture.
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Dedication to quality, emphasizing safety, thorough testing, and robust security in all endeavors.
• Eager to explore innovative technologies and ideas.
• Fluency in Russian (reading, writing, and speaking) to facilitate effective communication with our offshore DevOps team.
