• Address complex issues within your domain of expertise, engaging in multiple projects simultaneously.
• Direct the programming aspects of clinical studies or complex projects, ensuring alignment with the clinical protocol or development plan.
• Uphold and promote high-quality standards in your deliverables, guiding other programmers to achieve excellence.
• Document and review specifications, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Advocate for and help develop best practices to boost quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the team.
• Ensure compliance with established programming standards and implement automation where feasible.
• Identify, manage, and communicate project risks effectively.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including statisticians and study leaders, to ensure successful project execution.
• Liaise with contract programming partners to meet project objectives.
