Job Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager with a robust background in the mortgage sector. This remote role grants you the freedom to work from any location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Seek out and nurture new business avenues with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong partnerships with key clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently met.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement successful sales strategies aimed at driving revenue enhancement.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the operations team to guarantee efficient service delivery.
  • Project Management: Oversee the onboarding process of new clients and ensure the successful execution of projects.

Required Skills

  • Industry Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, possessing a thorough comprehension of RMBS and the mortgage due diligence process.
