We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Director to spearhead the growth and success of our global Consulting and Advisory Services division. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales performance, ensuring robust gross margins, and delivering outstanding consulting solutions. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will develop and implement strategic initiatives that are in tune with current market dynamics, particularly in areas such as organizational culture, strategic alignment, career coaching, and innovative go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner in formulating business growth strategies and executing plans to achieve targets.
