Qualifications:
IT specialist training in system integration or similar qualification, Initial professional experience at an IT service desk preferred, Knowledge of M365, including Active Directory and Exchange required, Fluent in German, good English skills, Preferably knowledgeable in another European language.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide general first level support
- Assist with AD user support and installation of approved software
- Conduct remote maintenance on User Clients
- Handle password resets and reporting security incidents
- Assist in initial screening of IT security tickets
