Job Summary

Leading SHI’s transformative AI program , Mindspark AI is an exciting team within the Advanced Solutions Group of SHI that is building new AI- p owered a pplications and digital experiences for our internal users, customers and partners.

The Product Operations Analyst enables our Product Management team to quickly make data-driven decisions and drive execution of AI initiatives . They synthesize data from multiple systems into cohesive reports and dashboards that inform strategic direction and accurately track progress towards goals . They instrument and maintain a metrics platform to set standards for how Product data is collected and reported against. They collaborat e with other business units to drive consensus and alignment related to ongoing Product initiatives. They facilitate recurring Product meetings and standardize product processes . They will be responsible for conduct ing coaching, training, and Product overview sessions for various teams throughout the organization. They empower SHI’s AI culture through community building and use case development.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Improve efficiency for the Product Management team to make decisions.
  • Establish and maintain a metrics platform to report against goals, outcomes, roadmaps, progress, capacity , and costs.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Product Designers, Architects, Development Managers, and stakeholders to achieve tangible business outcomes.
  • Standardize Product processes, including but not limited to meeting cadences, experimentation tracking and feedback, feature documentation, collecting usage data , feedback and creating and maintaining roadmaps.
  • Organize and run various Product meetings around planning, progress towards goals, roadmap updates and sales enablement.
  • Drive alignment between Product Management, Sales , and Development teams.
  • Provide the Product Management team accurate data to ensure they can make decisions in real time and tell concrete stories related to our Product strategy.
  • Hands-on c ommunity building and engagement to drive a culture of AI at SHI


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience required
  • 5+ years of relevant Project or Product Management experience.
  • Proven experience in project management of complex deliverables with limited resources
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies


Required Skills

  • Superb brokering skills: regularly achieve consensus between teams and individuals, with a focus on simplicity .
  • Experience building reports within an analytics platform.
  • A track record for improving processes and operations t o solve business problems .
  • Knowledge of agile and scrum software development methodologies .
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and strong verbal and written English skills .
  • High intellectual curiosity and comfortable working in a burgeoning space


Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  • Previous experience creating and maintaining Product roadmaps.
  • Custom report development using PowerBI or related tooling.
  • Experience establishing and tracking objectives and key results.
  • Experienc e with Product Management tools such as ProdPad , Amplitude, Pendo .
  • Experience with prototyping, surveying, and user research initiatives.
  • Experience working with public clouds such as AWS, Azure and GCP .
  • Experience instructing AI systems through prompt engineering


Unique Requirements

  • 25% of travel may be required to partner conferences/events or customer sites as needed


Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
