We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who enjoys working in a fast-growing cloud communications company and thrives in an international environment. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for connecting and working with industry partners to help grow the Messaging (SMS) business. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
Main Responsibilities
Managing new and existing accounts for sales and potential buy side opportunities with focus towards North Asia
Participating in sales and marketing activities and relevant Global industry events
Building current account strategy based on analysing data to find opportunities and prove value
Keeping updated on industry trends and movements and advising management accordingly through regular networking
Establishing relations and liaising closely with key internal support teams (finance, legal, operations, customer support etc.) to attain good level of customer satisfaction
Introducing, uploading and maintaining relevant prospect/customer information into the company’s CRM tool
Desired Skills And Experience
Must have strong relevant experience in technology/Internet or telecommunications sales and account management
Experience in advertising optimisation, wholesale trading, or security/commodity trading advantageous
Experience with clients-in North Asia region - tech and/or telecommunication is preferred
Skill in English language is essential
Appetite to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant relationships
Pro-active team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Resourceful, strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently and cope with pressure
Must be willing to travel when needed by the company
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a leading university
Written and verbal fluency in English is required (to handle clients and suppliers)
