Job description

Overview:

This position reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and is responsible for the design and production of a wide variety of print and digital marketing assets to support the Company’s marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop graphics for print and digital output such as ads, social media, e-mail, web, proposals/qualification packages, award submittals, and presentations, for both internal and external purposes while adhering to Pape-Dawson’s established visual identity and brand guidelines
Design and develop content for print collateral including flyers, brochures, and large format tradeshow graphics
Design graphics to support corporate events and communication
Coordinate production of print collateral with external vendors with limited oversight
Develop infographics to visually communicate technical information for project proposals
Produce graphics for internal communication for employee events and email blasts
Assist with video and photography coordination as needed
Maintain organization of creative assets

Qualifications:

Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
Minimum of 2 years graphic design experience
Must be highly skilled in core Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Must be highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently with direction as well as with a team for collaboration with statewide marketing team
Ability to develop and maintain a high level of professional relationships with any level of employee within an organizational structure
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines
