BizIQ is looking for a highly skilled, motivated Paid Social Media Ads Specialist to join our team. If you're an expert in Facebook/Instagram advertising with a passion for achieving exceptional client results, this role is ideal for you.

OBJECTIVES
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Create engaging and impactful ad copy, visuals, and CTAs to maximize campaign performance.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and meet client objectives.
- Continuously track, measure, and report on campaign performance using data-driven metrics and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on campaign results and insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in paid social advertising to stay ahead in the industry.
- Support Social Media team with other duties as assigned such as but not limited to: (organic social posts, boosted posts, etc.).
COMPETENCIES
- Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising, as well as other social media platforms. Have extensive experience running Brand Awareness, Traffic, Leads, and E-Commerce (Sales) Social Media Ad Campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of paid social advertising strategies, best practices, and industry trends
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful paid social media campaigns
- Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights and metrics to drive campaign performance and achieve client goals
- Ability to analyze target audiences, conduct competitor research, and identify trends to inform campaign strategies
- Excellent copywriting and visual design skills to create engaging and impactful ad content
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
- Experience with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROI and meet client objectives
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign results
- Adept at conducting A/B testing and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in paid social advertising to stay ahead in the industry.
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving - Learns quickly when facing new problems, is relentless at campaign success, open to change, improves, enjoys challenges, and finding solutions.
- Strong presentation skills - Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- 5+ years of relevant paid social media work experience
- Experience working with a variety of social media tools for lead generation, personas, analytics, content creation, etc.
- Experience in effectively utilizing Google Suite tools to enhance productivity and streamline tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field, is a plus.
