Senior Manager, Credit (West Division)
Remote Role with 50%-75% travel within West Division (2-3 weeks monthly travel); Incumbent must live within the West Division (West of Mississippi excluding Houston, Louisiana, Alaska & Hawaii)
Your Impact
The Division Credit Senior Manager position is responsible for managing the Regional Credit Managers in their assigned division along with execution of Lowe's DIY and Pro Credit products. The primary purpose of this role is to work directly with not only their team, but also their Divisional President and Regional Vice Presidents, to grow retail sales through Lowe's Credit products while achieving performance targets for credit applications, credit sales, and credit penetration.
What you will do
- Leads, motivates, and trains a team of Regional Credit managers to achieve credit service performance targets within each district.
- Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve performance targets and drive store associate engagement in partnership with Divisional President and senior store operations leadership teams (RVPs, DMs, SMs).
- Establishes positive relationships with the Divisional Presidents, Lowe's stores, to ensure results are being delivered within each store/district/region.
- Develops appropriate training programs to train and upskill regional credit managers to achieve business targets.
- Partners with the director, credit field team to establish credit sales targets for each division/region/store.
- Provides oversight and guidance to the Regional Credit managers to analyze local and territory performance trends using company reporting and ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and emerging risks to proactively meet credit sales plans.
- Builds and delivers, through the Regional Credit managers, training for sales specialists and other key store personnel to promote associate confidence in offering Lowe's credit in every sales transaction.
- Establishes a regular cadence of meetings and touchpoints with the Divisional President to ensure results are being delivered, and to ensure timely communication of any changes in the credit program.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Communications OR related field and 5-7 Years Retail operations, sales, and credit services experience
- 8-10 years combined experience in retail sales or credit services in lieu of degree
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong communication skills using digital and traditional communication channels.
- Retail/store experience and familiarity with consumer credit products

Pay Range: $107,800.00 - $179,700.00 annually
