As a Risk Specialist within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based within the PNC footprint.

This position offers the opportunity to work from home but must be able to work in-office when needed.

As a Risk Specialist within the credit and cash management areas of Private Bank, you will be responsible for control performance, execution, and monitoring, as well as issue resolution. You must have the ability to evaluate process and compare to current procedures. Strong attention to detail and focus will be utilized daily in this role. Supporting long term projects as well as short term needs will be your focus.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

- Risk experience or experience assessing risk
- Strong muti-tasking and prioritization skills
- Must be able and willing to ask questions to gain clarification and knowledge
- Must possess analysis and comprehension skills and experience
- Must be able to address risk related occurrences and have follow up conversations addressing the issue

Job Description
  • Assists in the execution of the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Under supervision, enables line of business adherence with risk programs.
  • Assists in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations.
  • Executes the risk management program within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). Participates in the consultation to execute the program components.
  • Works to develop risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
  • Participates in risk initiatives, business as usual activities, ad hoc requests, and identifies risk exposures.
