SUMMARY

As the Sales Systems Administrator, you will be the primary administrator for all non-Salesforce tools within our go-to-market tool stack. You will manage, optimize, and support key applications including Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others. Your expertise will ensure that our sales and support teams have the resources they need to excel in their day-to-day activities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Tool Administration: Manage the implementation, configuration, and administration of non-Salesforce sales tools, ensuring they are optimized for user effectiveness. 
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to team members on all sales tools, addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed. 
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration between various tools and systems in the go-to-market stack. 
  • Data Management: Oversee data accuracy and integrity across tools, implementing best practices for data governance. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate insights and reports from various tools to help inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes. 
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and recommend improvements to existing tools and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. 
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials for all tools and processes related to the go-to-market team. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, systems administration, or technical support role, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity company. 
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. 
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
