Summary

Are you ready to take ownership of high-impact accounts and shape the future of Temporal? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Strategic Growth Account Executive to join Temporal's Growth team. You will be at the forefront of expanding relationships with some of our most strategic customers.  You will be responsible for unlocking new opportunities within existing accounts, crafting innovative solutions for their toughest challenges, and playing a pivotal role in driving Temporal’s adoption across their engineering teams.

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for owning the account strategy for some of Temporal’s most valuable and strategic customers
  • Identify new use cases within existing customers by understanding their challenges that Temporal is uniquely positioned to address
  • Drive education and awareness of Temporal within your customer’s engineering community
  • Assist our customers as they bring their applications to Temporal Cloud
  • Providing reliable and timely information on the status of every assigned account and opportunity
  • Travel up to 25% of the time (may vary based on customer needs)
What You'll Bring
  • Effective in building relationships with technical leadership and empowering champions in an enterprise sales motion
  • Proven ability to inspire enthusiasm for developing reliable, mission critical applications
  • Experience with enterprise solution selling
  • Comfortable working in a consumption-based revenue model
  • Familiar collaborating with partner account teams for more complex opportunities
  • Display creativity and hustle when identifying and calling into new teams with limited resources
  • Experience crafting your own messaging and presentations that will resonate with your customer’s challenges in a less structured/startup environment
Compensation
  • The estimated pay range for this role is $220,000 - $300,000 OTE
  • This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan
Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
