Job description

Job Overview: Our client, Delcoi, is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Creative Talent Recruiter to join their team. In this position, you will play a key role in building their creative team by identifying and engaging with top-tier design professionals who align with Delcoi's mission and values.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with team leaders to gain insight into role requirements and devise targeted recruitment strategies
  • Build and foster a strong network of creative professionals and industry contacts
  • Implement recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems to efficiently handle candidate information
  • Lead the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to final decision
  • Conduct in-depth portfolio reviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit
  • Track design industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition
  • Attend and leverage industry events, digital channels, and professional groups to source outstanding design talent
  • Continually refine recruitment methodologies and establish best practices for streamlined hiring

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in design-focused recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong aptitude for networking and cultivating professional relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Resources, or a similar field preferred
  • Experience in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
  • A background in the digital or creative industry is highly valued
  • Skilled at reviewing portfolios with an understanding of design principles
  • Professional certifications in recruitment or memberships within the design industry are advantageous
