Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Associate to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a sense of curiosity, an ability to work with ambiguity, and a razor-sharp focus on efficiency. This position will report to the Director of Operations and will play a crucial role in workflow creation & automation, model development, and ad hoc analytics supporting interdisciplinary teams & functions. Our team works closely with the Chief Operating Officer in developing solutions to complex care delivery problems spanning front line operations, business development, finance, specialty services, business intelligence, and strategic planning.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinates the preparation and review of productivity reports, forecasts, and ad hoc analytics under supervisory direction. Completes in-depth analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for providers to better serve our patients.
- Works closely with Vice Presidents & Directors of Clinical Operations in designing tools and processes for equipping front-line clinicians with the information they need to deliver more efficient and effective care.
- Responsible for automating key workflows in partnership with the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team.
- Supports the data needs of cross functional teams & projects, from leveraging SQL to pull data to distilling key insights into executive-level readouts in PowerPoint.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and analysis
- Expert-level skills in Excel, experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SSMS
- Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field with 2-4 years of professional experience conducting and evaluating routine data analysis.
