TeamSnap is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a range of marketing activities with a focus on growing and optimizing our digital marketing and lead generation programs across the business, with a focus on our brand solutions business. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, Brand Solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Create and execute campaigns to grow TeamSnap’s B2B customer base and drive pipeline growth 
- Optimize and scale digital advertising channels, including email, newsletter, sponsorships and online advertising, partnering with our paid media manager
- Own website reporting and conversion rate optimization across landing pages
- Produce, launch, and measure content that engages our target audience and ties to thought-leadership campaigns
- Deeply understand our buyer’s journey to design, build, and optimize email nurture programs converting subscribers into Marketing-Qualified-Leads
- Collaborate with our designers to create ads, demand gen content, and landing pages that convert
- Partner closely with sales and sales enablement teams, aligning on campaigns and expected leads 
- Manage marketing operations, including audience segmentation, lead management, automation, and campaign assets
- Track and regularly report on KPIs and learnings across all digital channels

What Will Set You Up for Success:

- 5-7 years of experience in demand generation marketing
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful B2B marketing programs, including digital marketing, events, and email campaigns
- Expert knowledge of paid media channels for lead gen: Linkedin & SEM
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, or similar) and CRMs
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- You are a natural leader, able to rally a team around a campaign and goal
- Flexibility. We’re always fine-tuning our approach as we go along, and we expect you to do the same

- Experience in the advertising and media industry

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $117,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in at the moment, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Dakota and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
