  • Industry Expertise: Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of glass and building materials, staying current on industry trends to support clients effectively.
  • Revenue Objectives: Focus on driving consistent sales growth through targeted strategies and lead generation.
  • Performance Reporting: Track sales activities and client insights, providing regular updates to senior management.
Key Sales Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales, ideally within building materials (e.g., glass, granite).
  • Skill Set: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities; capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Additional Assets: Golf skills can be beneficial for networking in the industry.
