The gig

Q4 is the leader in innovating the Investor Relations Technology space.  We’re transforming the industry with our SaaS solutions and we’re looking for a world class Content Services Research Analyst to help us retain and grow our customer base.  In this role, you will be helping drive customer retention and enabling clients to maximize the value of our software and the data powering their experiences.  In partnership with the Data Services team, you will research and resolve customer data inquiries to foster long-term, successful relationships. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and verify relevant data from various sources such as online databases, websites, company records, or industry reports. Cross-check research against multiple sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data collected.
  • Enter data into databases or software with high attention to detail to avoid errors.
  • Review data entries to correct any inconsistencies, duplicates, or incomplete information.
  • Maintain detailed records of all research conducted and data entered for future reference and to communicate project milestones.
  • Liaise with other team members or departments to obtain necessary data or clarify research goals.
  • Present research findings or data summaries to supervisors or colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Act as the resource for customer inquiries and concerns. Resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a positive experience with Q4.


  • Desired Skills, Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2+ years work experience in a corporate environment, ideally in a SaaS based environment.
  • Self-starters with determination to find detailed content.
  • Superb attention to detail, with organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Knowledge of/interest in capital markets, investor relations and institutional investing.
  • Experience successfully managing research-based projects.
  • Strong listening and deduction skills with the ability to pick-up on possible obstacles or opportunities in group discussions.
  • Ability to manage a busy calendar and prioritize competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is an asset.
