What you will do:
As the Global ERP and Business Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the optimization and integration of our multi-vended ERP systems with our business processes. You will report to the Senior Global Product Operations Manager, and you will drive the execution of a portfolio of projects to ensure thar our multi-vended ERP platforms support the JCI Fire Solutions objectives and drive operational efficiency.
How you will do it:
Drive the execution of a defined strategy which will result in the efficient use of our ERP platforms to streamline business processes and drive continuous improvement.
Partner in the implementation and customization of our multi vended ERP modules and system tools to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Collaborate with global stakeholders in a matrixed organization to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and standardization.
Partner in defining and maintaining governance processes to ensure data integrity, security and compliance with industry standards.
Serve as a liaison between the business units and IT to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues and ensure alignment with business goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ERP system integration and business process optimization.
Administer ERP Data Management Requirements.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field, master’s degree preferred.
Min. 5 years of experience in Global Multi Vended ERP systems management, business process management and project management with a focus in Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution.
Demonstrated experience with a track record of leading cross functional teams through influence resulting in positive outcomes for supported projects.
Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise systems, and required data integrations to downstream systems e.g. – CRM’s, PTC Winchill, WMS and MES. Proficiency in ERP system configuration, customization, and data management. (and Removing Complexity)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels in the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process optimization mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a Global Matrixed Organization.
Demonstrated proficiency in multi-vended ERP languages.

I bring15 years of experience consisting of Global Data and Process Operations Management spanning multiple industries. My experience consists of System Integrations, Product Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Pricing and Manufacturing Management. As a successful team member, expect to be challenged in this role to learn new tools and systems, tackle complicated projects, make proactive decisions in the face of uncertainty, and conduct exploratory root cause analysis to evaluate system performance and perform lessons learned analysis. Our team takes pride and enjoys leveraging data and process to resolve stakeholder challenges. As a leader, I’m focused on continuous learning and development, and I value curiosity, grit and a growth mindset.
