Job Description

As an E-commerce Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in launching and managing our Shopify store for a game-changing baby sleep product. You’ll be at the forefront of our digital presence, optimizing product listings, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving our online growth. This position offers a unique blend of e-commerce expertise and meaningful impact, as you’ll be instrumental in bringing a pediatric sleep expert’s vision to life and helping countless parents and babies get better sleep.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the setup and management of our Shopify e-commerce platform
  • Craft compelling product listings and website content to maximize conversions
  • Provide top-notch customer support and oversee smooth order fulfillment
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems
  • Drive website visibility through strategic SEO implementation
