What you'll be doing

Responsibilities:

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance for all Catalogues
• Collaborate with IT teams and Business representatives across regions to gather Catalogue requirements and Implement Catalogue management best practices and standards
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Catalogue Management policies and SOPs
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the Catalogue Management function

• Assist in validating products/services data from various OEMs and Distributors

• Assist in maintaining Catalogue structure at global, regional, and country levels

• Assist in ensuring Catalogue item pricing is accurate and reflects agreed commercial structures with Partners

• Support the management of newsletter and SharePoint site content for the Catalogue Management function

• Assist with the development and implementation of KPIs for Catalogues

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT service management or Product management
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to run with initiatives/projects independently  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced English knowledge, verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a Global, cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Basic understanding of data governance principles

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or equivalent diploma would be beneficial
