Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Compliance/Reporting Analyst to support trade rate management and compliance. This role involves facilitating communication with cross-functional partners, managing month-end closing activities, overseeing trade system administration, and generating reports using Power BI and Blue Planner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights, driving process improvements and strategic growth.
Essential Functions
- Support activities related to achieving the monthly/quarterly/annual trade rates by customer and brand.
- Manage and facilitate communication with Cross Functional Partners both internal and external to maintain ERP and Trade System.
- Instill trade compliance among the cross functional teams (Brokers, Field Sales) to ensure promotions are being set up and maintained properly within the Trade System.
- Manage and perform month end closing activities: related to both trade spend and monthly commissions.
- Partner with cross functional teams (Brokers, Accounting) to manage commissions contracts, monthly calculations and payment backup.
- Manage reporting activities: Create and upload daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports utilizing Power BI and Blue Planner to disseminate to appropriate business stakeholders.
- Manage the trade system administration duties: Profile set ups, item & customer maintenance and setup, deductions, checks, and backend maintenance.
- Own/manage master data tasks for new customers and items within the ERP system and Trade System.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3-4 years experience within a CPG organization
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Best in class analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of financial and trade data
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask against several complex project at a time
- Ability to work and thrive in a remote setting
