This role is charged with leading the development of relationships with a network of domestic and international organizations committed to advancing environmental sustainability and tackling the climate crisis, which are implementing community-specific programs around the world.
The Senior Manager, Climate Resilience & Sustainability, will support the development and maintenance of a portfolio of Commitments to Action (CTAs) to address specific climate challenges both in the US and globally. As CGI continues to expand its work in the climate and sustainability space, the Senior Manager will be charged with identifying, recruiting and forging partnerships between and among a wide range of organizations committed to advancing climate action, including domestic and international businesses, philanthropic institutions, government agencies, and community-based organizations.

Candidates will have a global perspective, a large professional network, and be excited to engage in challenges facing a diverse set of constituencies in the US and around the world. Candidates will have strong relationship management as well as project management experience, and an intuition for bringing different people together to forge partnerships.
This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Climate Resilience & Sustainability while working collaboratively across various CGI and Clinton Foundation teams on systems and processes for internal and external engagement.
The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) convenes global and emerging leaders to create and implement solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. CGI works with partners to drive action through its unique model.
