Job Overview:
Perform scientific and medical/technical support activities in North America related to Vitrolife Group Business Area Genetics. This includes internal/external education, training and support on genetics services to help customers obtain optimal results. The role also includes Key Opinion Leader network building/management.
Salary: $100 - $110k
Responsibilities and Duties:
Education and training:
•Perform comprehensive education and training to internal staff and healthcare professionals (in-person or remote).
•Provide support to sales team to respond to technical questions (in-person or remote).
•Attend and present at conferences.
Clinical Support:
•Provide troubleshooting to healthcare professionals.
•Perform follow-up reviews and investigations on genetic service tests requested by healthcare providers.
•Provide expertise knowledge on specific test results
Product Support:
•Provide support to healthcare professionals to perform research/clinical studies and data collection.
•Review and collate internal data for supporting publications.
•Provide market feedback to Product Directors/R&D on current and future genetic services.
•Provide input to Regional and Global marketing materials.
•Identify, build and manage N American key opinion leaders.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
•BSc or equivalent.
•Ideally a PhD or MSc in a relevant field, preferably genetics.
•2+ years’ experience in the IVF industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Good communication skills and proficient computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
•Ability to travel. Typically, up to 50% of the time, but can reach 70%
