In this role the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving accessory sales throughout the West Coast Region. Develop account plans and gain product approvals at contractors and utilities. Perform product demonstrations such as Splice/Terminations/Shear-Bolt Connectors/Separable Connectors, etc. Develop relationships with engineering firms and contractors to drive sales in the trade & installers (T&I) market.

Specific skills/Training

  • Customer relations experience · Contract negotiations
  • Technical Presentations · Proven market penetration
  • Able to create a value add to product
  • Ability to see market and assist with new product development
  • Ability to form close relationship with internal teams
  • Must be self-starter and manage self-performance

Education / Experience

  • BS in Engineering or relevant technical work experience
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience
