The Business Operations Coordinator plays an integral role within the Global Customer Success (GCS) organization.  The GCS Operations organization is focused on facilitating operational efficiency by innovating, streamlining, and implementing world-class tools and business processes across the organization.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Validating sales opportunity data in company CRM and provisioning projects in PSA tool
  • Coordinating with GCS leaders and the Resource Management team to identify and assign resources and communicating accordingly
  • Following standard processes to assist internal cross-functional teams (i.e. Finance)
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the PSA tools
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Providing support for special projects and initiatives as needed

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow set guidelines and processes
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team (including on call holiday hours) and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above

 

Preferred skills/qualifications:

  • Experience working in Salesforce and/or Kantata
