Responsibilities
- Conduct business and requirements analysis, leveraging knowledge and functionality for the development teams, validating them with multidisciplinary areas;
- Understand the concepts of Agile drivers, such as “ready” requirements;
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable regulatory standards.
- Review and edit the work of other writers to ensure high-quality standards within the technical writing group.
- Provide high-quality standards for Development scenarios, Business Acceptance Testing and Validation Testing
- Document Functional Flows of the existing and new Features of the system with basic and alternative scenarios
Requirements
- Great English and Spanish communication
- Experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experience in agile projects in any role;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Experience mapping processes (Desirable BPMN)
- Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Experience in the Interface with Clients, fluidity and clarity in the expression of ideas, strong interpersonal and communication skills with group presentation capacity for clients and clients;
