Job description

Overview

Reporting directly to our Head of Compliance Services, the Consulting Services Coordinator will work directly with our Cyber Essentials, Data Protection, and Information Security consultants to ensure a smooth delivery of our service to our clients. Our services include Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials PLUS, Data Protection Gap Assessments and Implementation Services, Outsourced Data Protection Officer services, Virtual CISO offerings as well as a multitude of Information Security projects (SOC2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 etc) 

 The ideal candidate with need to have excellent time management, customer service and organisational skills, as well as being able to manage their own time and support on projects. They must have the ability to build strong relationships both with the consultants and various Team Leaders they will work with, as well as the clients.


Responsibilities
  • Work with the Consulting Management Team to define internal processes for each service including onboarding and kick off for customers, scheduling, allocation of resource, customer chasing and project conclusion
  • Conduct Audits of our project management tooling
  • Chase customers on behalf of consultants and Assessors

Cyber Essentials PLUS Service Support and Scheduling
  • Liaising with the Sales Team regarding available test dates for PLUS and requests for support
  • Reaching out to customers to offer dates for their assessment and then booking tests into Plus assessors’ calendars.
  • Ensuring customers have prepared for their test by requesting information and providing setup instructions.
  • Chasing customers to book dates or when information has not yet been provided or steps have not been completed.
  • Answering non-technical queries regarding process/bookings.
  • Tagging emails for the CE+ assessors.
  • Ensure projects are billed accordingly when completed
  • Adding new customers to the IASME portal and Managing them within Monday.com
Data Protection and Information Security Service Support
  • Work with the Data Protection and Information Security Team Leaders to allocate work and ensure the correct kick off process is followed for all engagements.
  • Ensure all consultants projects remain updated with the latest information on our Monday.com project tracking tool. (Including days delivered, project notes and status)
  • Ensure projects are billed accordingly when completed
  • Liaising with the Sales Team regarding consultant availability.
  • Monitor our main DPO communication channel and ensure timely responses from consultants.
  • Booking in meetings and scoping calls on behalf of consultants when require
Skills and experience required
  • Experience managing diaries
  • Strong Project Support skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficient in using Monday.com (desirable)
  • A keen interest in Information Security, Cyber Security and Data Protection
