  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • Expert knowledge of your market.
  • Ability and proven record of building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

Must-haves:

  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Interest in growing and developing professionally.
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with clients & candidates at all levels.
