Role: Technical Project Manager

Location: India (Remote)

Reporting to: Senior Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and software/SaaS product management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a developer before transitioning to project management and possess the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with technical experts to provide accurate project estimations and solutions.
- Oversee the development and execution of project plans, maintaining accountability for the success and quality of deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and adjust strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with 3-4 years specifically in Agile project management.
- Prior experience as a developer is essential.
- Strong background in software product or SaaS-based project management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Experience in risk management, including the development of mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with logistics or eCommerce domains is a plus but not required.
- PMP or CSM certification is preferred, though not mandatory.
