Job Title: Graphic Designer - LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves supporting some of the brightest up-and-coming direct-to-consumer brands by designing for one of their most profitable marketing channels. The Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with senior designers and copywriters to bring ideas to life and must be able to think strategically, interpret copy, and apply basic proofreading.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Execution:

  • Create digital assets for a variety of target audiences and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Work in Figma to develop designs that align with client and company standards.
  • Edit photos and create GIFs as needed.

Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with senior designers to set the direction for design projects.
  • Partner with copywriters to ensure design and copy are cohesive.
  • Present design ideas quickly and iterate based on feedback.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Use project management tools like Basecamp to track progress and communicate with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent understanding of visual design principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in the design thinking process.
  • Knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.
  • Ability to create digital assets and design for email and SMS marketing.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) design work/UI.
  • Familiarity with designing for email and SMS marketing.
  • Experience using project management tools like Basecamp.
