We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecom Recruiter to join our dynamic team. With a proven track record in telecom recruitment, you will play a key role in attracting top-tier talent for both technical and non-technical telecom roles. This role requires a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to sourcing, screening, and closing candidates who align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various telecom positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract the best talent in the industry.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and manage expectations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled telecom professionals to meet ongoing business needs.
  • Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, providing insights and recommendations to hiring teams.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience in the telecom industry.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and closing candidates for technical telecom roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.

Note: This is currently a remote role with a future transition to an on-site position in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
