The Opportunity

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the growth of our teams by recruiting across various departments. As part of our team, you'll ensure a smooth recruitment process, delivering a great candidate experience from start to finish. With our continued expansion, your ability to source and attract top talent will be critical to our success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a wide variety of roles across departments (e.g., Digital Marketing, Product, Tech)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and manage recruitment processes
  • Write, edit, and publish job ads that attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from CV screening and interviewing to decision-making
  • Conduct video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate communication at all stages of the process, ensuring a great candidate experience via our ATS (Team Tailor)
  • Provide weekly updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager on the recruitment pipeline
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and strategies to make them more effective and efficient

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role (in-house or agency)
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, ideally within iGaming/Poker industry
  • Knowledge of job boards and recruitment methods, particularly direct sourcing via LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (experience with Team Tailor is a plus)
