Guide the entire life cycle, from brainstorming to execution, collaborating with teams to create captivating designs and ensure products exceed expectations. **Following training, this position transitions to fully remote status. However, candidates must be based in Las Vegas, NV, to be eligible for consideration**

What Will You Be Doing?

Runs requirement analysis sessions with stakeholders and project teams.
Identifies business needs, writes use case-based specs, and manages requirement documents.
Keeps a solid understanding of product features, customizations, and their impact on user experience.
Writes user stories and organizes the product backlog for incremental releases.
Manages the product lifecycle, facilitates sprint planning, and resolves delivery issues.
Creates test cases, conducts user acceptance testing, and ensures business requirements are met.
Helps with release documentation, product demos, and go-live activities.
Implements security measures and ensures compliance.
Works with vendors and provides ongoing product support.
Considers the product life cycle and total cost of ownership.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:

2+ years of relevant work experience is required
Innovative thinker
Driven and self-motivated
Highly imaginative
Understanding of Agile methodology preferred, but trainable
Preference for candidates with gaming industry experience
Strong writing and communication skills, as 70% of the job involves writing
Capable of traveling for business purposes, typically up to 2-4 times annually
Seeks passionate individuals
Some knowledge of compliance is desirable

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is is $80k-$90k salaried.
