Description

CYMOTIVE is looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead the development and execution of global go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

In this role, you will define and deliver innovative marketing plans that boost brand awareness and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative, highly motivated self-starter with a passion for both digital and traditional marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and HR teams to enhance brand presence, support and develop events and build an overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and elevate global brand awareness and value through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and promote marketing activities that drive business goals and company growth.
  • Create compelling product marketing materials to support Sales and Business Development efforts.
  • Use key metrics, data insights, and trends to inform and refine marketing strategies.
  • Execute employer branding projects, support recruitment campaigns, and special events.
  • Identify, organize, and make a strategy for company participation in industry tradeshows and events.
  • Plan, produce, and engage digital content across various media channels, including social media, website and email marketing.
  • Implement Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve your ranking in search results.

Location

  • Location in Wolfsburg, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin or remote.
  • Willingness to travel.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree or education in business, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and marketing within the B2B sector, ideally in Industrial Security, Smart Factory, Smart Mobility, or Smart Cities.
  • Deep Knowledge in digital marketing e.g. search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA), including the use of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO analysis tools.
  • Proven track record of executing ideas from concept to completion.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in both German and English.
