About the Role
As a UI Designer, you will develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that will be used to demonstrate solutions and drive the successful adoption and ongoing use of our product. This role involves close collaboration with Laivly’s Sales and Solutions teams to gather requirements and understand user needs, as well as support from Laivly’s Design team.


Our ideal candidate brings a strong design background, experience with Figma, and a solid understanding of contact center operations, including typical agent workflows


As  UI Designer, You Will…

  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to visually communicate solutions and demonstrate product features.
  • Collaborate closely with Laivly’s Sales, Solutions, and Creative  teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and ensure prototypes align with business objectives.
  • Leverage Laivly’s design library to turn workflows developed in Miro into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve prototypes.
  • Support Laivly’s Design team in ensuring a consistent visual and user experience across all product offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, especially within the contact center space.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

As  UI Designer, You Have…

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on prototyping using Figma
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity prototypes created in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
  • Proven experience working with and contributing to a Design System and Design Library
  • Experience in contact center operations (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment 
  • Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to adapt to change and innovation
