Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing assigned accounts to support customer needs

  • Identify and engage potential clients and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities, especially in stick to skin segment

Strategic Planning:

  • Participate to define clear sales objectives and KPIs, aligning them with overall business goals

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to adapt the strategy as needed

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Present our value proposition of our products and services

  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes, handling high-value contracts, pricing discussions, etc

Account Development:

  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to grow revenue within key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals

  • Identify and engage potential new clients and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities, especially in stick to skin segment

Performance Monitoring:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management and regularly assess account performance against target

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction

  • Focus on Americas accounts understanding their requirements

Leadership:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the Biosensors, Stick to Skin healthcare segments

  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and thought leadership

Client Advocacy:

  • Act as customer’s advocate within the organization, ensuring their feedbacks and needs are resolved promptly and effectively

Responsibilities:

  • 10 years of experience as Sales & Account Manager in Healthcare sector, ideally in an printed electronic industry

  • MBA / Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Molecular, or similar field)

  • Strong track record of Sales Management and good know how in stick to skin medical solutions

  • Ability to create and implement sales plans, coaching implementation for meeting strategic and financial objectives

  • Proven capability to develop and manage key accounts partnerships by leveraging both internal and external global networks, fostering long-term alliance relationships

  • Know-how in RFiD market, biosensor medical solutions is a plus

  • Possess excellent communication skills and has result oriented mindset

  • Fluent in English
