Mailroom Clerk
Tampa, FL (onsite)
3+Month Contract

Responsibilities-

Receiving mail: Receive mail from postal workers, packages, letters, and parcels
Sorting mail: Sort mail by department or category, either by hand or with sorting equipment
Preparing mail: Prepare packages, labels, and weigh packages for delivery
Distributing mail: Distribute mail to departments within the corporation
Tracking deliveries: Track all shipments and deliveries
Managing supplies: Keep an inventory of mailing supplies, such as envelopes, stamps, and tape
Maintaining records: Keep electronic records of incoming and outgoing mail, including receipt, mailing dates, weight, and dimensions
