Supplier Auditor - Claims
Please note:
This role can be based at any of our office locations (Leicester, London or Bexhill) on a hybrid basis. However, homeworking forms a majority of this position and we’d expect you in the office approximately once per quarter (plus any site visits that are required).

Job Details
 

  • Developing a complete understanding of all internal and supplier claims processes, new commercial initiatives, best practice and the impact of inefficient processes/poor outcomes on customer journey, leakage, financials and fraud

  • Designing and developing relevant, effective audit approaches, capturing mechanisms which are flexible in nature to accommodate our changing business needs and allows us to capture, monitor and measure performance

  • Managing relationships with senior personnel within each supplier to ensure scoping, attendance, agendas and feedback are delivered effectively and completing and managing on-site and remote risk-based Audits across all the suppliers

  • Working with commercial teams, operational management and senior leadership to effectively identify remedial actions, tracking and monitoring delivery and taking appropriate steps to delivery the financial benefits in line with personal and business objectives

  • Identifying areas for indemnity savings, contract adherence, KPI/SLA adherence and impacts on Customer Journey and Outcomes, providing recommendations for areas of development or improvement and providing focused solutions where appropriate

  • Effectively interpreting and applying technical knowledge to contract builds and terms in order to develop audit questions


 

Skills we would love you to have
 

  • Strong background in auditing suppliers/outsourcers across technical claims areas (including a variety of motor claims or household claims)

  • Up to date technical knowledge of a majority of the following (including, but not limited to) higher value bodily injury claims, credit hire, fraud, property/household claims

  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and provide feedback in the right way
