Our Newest Opportunity: 

Internship Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a contributing team member of the National Engagement & Education team.
  • Participate in bi-weekly department meetings
  • Join client meetings as appropriate, participate in needs assessments, and provide resources to clients at direction of team members/consultants
  • Assist with the creation of client presentations and employee communication materials or templates.
  • Work collaboratively on education projects; take responsibility for one larger, semester-long project that serves to contribute to the mission of the practice and also to fulfill the internship requirements of the intern’s program
  • Research vendor solutions and health and benefits concerns as needed 
  • Collaborate with internal team members to create customized employer and employee education (flyers, presentations, custom videos, blog posts, white-paper, case studies, etc.) 
  • Participate in weekly check-ins with internship supervisor

Typical Day of Intern 

  •   Each day will look a little bit different; and the intern will need to manage multiple priorities and projects at the direction of their supervisor.
  • Intern will manage their time and energy towards working on collaborative projects, engaging in tactical administrative work, and participating in client and/or team meetings
