Main descriptions: 

  • Ideate and design fitting game, and meta-game designs within the historical context of WW1
  • Work with product managers, developers and artists to oversee the implementation of new features and systems from ideation to shipment
  •  Taking ownership over the designs you create, working closely with the producer and creative directors’ vision to create a historically accurate representation of WW1 FPS Combat
  • Assist developers who are prototyping new gameplay by offering design guidance and create briefs, system outlines, technical specifications and visual concepts
  • Craft concise design documents, including one-pager briefs, system outlines, and other tools, to ensure clear and effective communication of design ideas.
  • Assist with the UX design of features such as inventory, matchmaking, communication and Heads up displays
  • Reviewing balance using input from community and analytics data and engage with the community about the game design
