We are looking for a smart, driven External Recruitment Manager with exemplary critical thinking skills to lead our recruitment efforts for clients and ensure the attraction and selection of top talent. In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and culture.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Requirements
To be qualified to work at Phamily in this role, you will have:
- Growth company DNA as described above.
- Proven success in recruitment, with a track record of consistently delivering on client hiring goals through effective sourcing and screening strategies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The ability to work successfully and lead a remote-based team,
- a willingness to travel for client meetings and offsites as needed.
- Experience in talent acquisition within the SaaS or healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have startup experience in a variety of different spaces.
