We are seeking an experienced product designer to help us launch products that are changing cancer care for millions of people. In this role, you will evolve our care delivery platform (e.g. EHR, Lab platform) that allows Color’s physicians and care advocates to deliver inclusive care at scale. You’ll also design experiences that people use to access these essential cancer screening and care services. This role is open to remote work outside of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:3+ years of experience as a product designer working on cross-functional teams releasing consumer or enterprise productsAn analytical mind and curious soul invested in collaborating on tough problems facing millions of peopleA track record for developing a deep understanding of who you’re designing for and advocating tirelessly for seamless and inclusive experiences A systems thinker, who considers how projects connect with other parts of the service, from design systems to user modelsExperience with quick decision-making and rapid iteration based on qualitative and quantitative dataThe ability to simplify problems, embrace constraints, and negotiate trade-offs with product and eng collaborators The ability to frame opportunities in terms of metrics and OKRs in order to drive alignmentA track record for operationalizing lessons, optimizing process, and evolving shared practicesA love of learning and desire to growCase studies showcasing how you frame problems, gather and act on insights, and ultimately design product experiences

Base Salary Range: $124,000 - $154,000
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
