Job description

Mission Critical Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. This key position will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts and agreements. You will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to manage projects, ensure quality, and drive success by adhering to our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, and Prudence. This role requires the ability to travel up to 5% of the time.



Key Responsibilitie
s

  • :Ensure compliance with contract terms, including insurance, tax requirements, and state/local registration
  • sLead contract management efforts and apply expertise in acquisition policies and regulation
  • sReview proposal terms to mitigate financial, legal, and security risks, and manage task/change order
  • sMaintain and update contract templates (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, subcontractor agreements
  • )Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and internal team
  • sTrack and coordinate labor rate table
  • sLiaise with Corporate legal counsel as neede
  • dSupport additional duties as assigned by the CF
