Lynx Technology Partners is hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused GRC Platform Specialist to join our Internal Controls team. The GRC Platform Specialist will be responsible for the following:
· Maintaining user access to our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform and providing timely support and guidance to end users encountering issues or requiring assistance with platform functionalities.
· Manage user access to the GRC platform, including user account creation, modification, and termination, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
· Monitor user permissions and roles within the platform to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and access controls are maintained.
· Provide first-level support to end users experiencing issues with the GRC platform, including troubleshooting technical problems, answering user inquiries, and guiding users on platform functionalities.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT and compliance teams, to resolve technical issues, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and FAQs to support end users in utilizing the GRC platform effectively.
· Conduct regular user training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of platform features and best practices.
· Stay informed about updates and new releases of the GRC platform and coordinate with vendors to implement upgrades and enhancements as needed.
· Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and processes related to the use of the GRC platform.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience using GRC Platforms and understanding of their functionalities.
· Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end users and stakeholders at all levels.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in performing user access management tasks.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
