Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Call Center Representative to join our stellar team. You will have the opportunity to support one of Broadridge’s premier clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met
- Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI
- Works with software and internet applications including performance issues, maintenance, system resources, and service and support internet sites.
- Provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients.
- Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract.
- Support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings
- Performs administrative tasks
- Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work
- Performs duties according to established procedures
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in client relations
- Strong written and interpersonal skills required
- Able to recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options
- Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other discipline
