Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
This role is responsible for initiatives related to credit card package content & fulfillment; package design, production of materials (including card design and manufacturing), system configuration strategies, testing & validation, and launch. You will be the central point of contact and expert in all aspects of the card package lifecycle, including component inventory and order management.
Card Solutions project managers are members of a Marketing Agile pod developing & delivering solutions for card fulfillment; including mass reissues, upgrades, & new accounts; determining process improvements, solving for complex change requirements, leveraging advanced functionality, testing, and post-production monitoring.
You will work with stakeholders (Marketing, Client Development, Technology, Product, and Business Operations) and other functions and suppliers across the company on initiatives that manifest in the card package; terms and conditions, required verbiage display, and marketing offers.

Essential Responsibilities:
Facilitate and participate in Agile pod workflow; partner with client teams and requesters on planning, supporting team members with problem-solving, escalations, and solutions
Lead development and execution efforts for initiatives related to card fulfillment, from inception thru design, testing and validation, and launch; define and gather requirements and timeline, with a focus on quality and timely delivery; organize and lead project working meetings; prepare and communicate project status, progress, & all required documentation; manage own workload capacity, monitoring, & milestones achievement.
Maintain standard processes and operational documentation, as it relates to card packages; ensure all card package changes and projects adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and quality mandates; identify and implement process improvement & simplicity to meet evolving client, business, and compliance requirements.
Participate in development and implementation of new processes, technology, and related infrastructure. Provide consultative input to client teams and internal process owners on best practices.
Share execution best practices and key process indicators; lend expertise to drive customer centricity and change initiatives
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree high school diploma/GED and 7 years of Marketing experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience to include the following (can be concurrent):
experience with First Data, TYSY, Fiserv or other card platform capabilities
experience with cross-functional project management driving change and innovation within a large and diverse organization
experience in developing and maintaining customer/client relationships
Ability to travel as needed
Desired Characteristics:
Experience with Fiserv system configuration tools: PCF, DecisionQuest®, SCS, and PEP
Outstanding communication, relationship building, influencing, and collaboration skills
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
Ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical audiences
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
PMP, Agile, Scrum certification a plus
Grade/Level: 10
The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
