ABOUT THE ROLE

Position Summary

The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible to increase CORA Legal Group’s market share through a strong focus on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. This role represents a range of various companies products and services to targeted accounts while ensuring that assigned customer’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded. The role also coordinates with internal team members to ensure customer expectations are well managed to provide an excellent customer experience.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Work diligently to identify and pursue new strategic accounts and profitable sales opportunities through a broad range of new customers.

  • Aggressively pursue outbound leads to drive a deep pipeline.

  • Establish strategic, productive and professional relationships with key decision makers in assigned customer accounts.

  • Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to accurately scope and set appropriate expectations for new customer services.

  • Meet and exceed targets for profitable sales volume while pursuing strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

  • Ensure regular strategic review meetings with key clients in order to strengthen relationships, provide leadership and increase share-of-wallet

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.

  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability.

  • Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management.

  • Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

Work Conditions

  • Up to 30% travel required.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of related Sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strategic selling skills and business planning.

  • Experience within complex selling environments.

  • Ability to quickly gain credibility and respect with internal/external customers.

  • History of success maintaining & developing key relationships.

  • Proficient user of Salesforce or related CRM.
