Role Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Change Management Lead will be responsible for the change management strategies and plans associated with our Tech and Digital transformation initiative called ZTD Forward which includes our new Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC). This Leader will be accountable for the introduction and implementation of a change management framework for ZTD change initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams and their Leads, the Change Management Lead will embrace the business case(s) for driving change, create burning platforms to engage key stakeholders within the organization, drive adoption while addressing resistance, manage change impacts, and ensure realization of the committed benefits.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development of a comprehensive change management strategy for ZTD’s transformational program to ensure long-term value is delivered to Zoetis. Contemplate shifts in and impacts to the ZTD culture and ways of working, organizational structure, current processes, and accountabilities.
Create and deliver change management plans that address communications, training, resistance management and other critical topics that impact the successful adoption and sustenance of the defined change(s) across the organization.
Measure and monitor the effectiveness and value of the change efforts and identify levers to pull as adjustments are needed to achieve desired outcomes. Create and distribute success stories – tell the value story - and cite case studies that highlight the benefits and value achieved, including the criteria that was met to achieve the success. Ensure recognition and rewards programs are established to reinforce behaviors.
Sponsor and advocate for change management workshops and training sessions to ensure that stakeholders are informed, engaged, and trained to drive change and colleagues are prepared to adopt change and become proficient.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in the following: Organizational Development, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment
- Proven track record of leading an enterprise-wide change management initiative(s)
- Experience in developing and delivering change management strategies, communications, and training programs.
- Change Management Certification a plus
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, especially across different functions and levels of management.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven skills with change management methodologies and tools
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure the impact of change management activities and make data-driven decisions.
- Bias for action and ability to overcome challenges with positive outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Can-do, positive attitude and ability to fail forward.
- Strong proficiency in MS tools (PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS)

Base Pay Range: $123,000-$177,000

other factors.
Base Pay Range: $139,000-$200,000
